I'm still going to put up Jeff's work on our/really my blog but he needs a blog thats just for his stuff so that it's easier for everyone to see. It's Art by Jeffry Hansen at http://fattlingproducts.blogspot.com/ and I'll have more pictures up there as soon as Jeff gets them ready for me. He''s working on a pencil drawing of a Puma right now so that will be his newest work.
We'll also be putting up prices for water colors, drawings, and maybe some photos. We aren't doing prints right now so all will be originals and as such the only one of it's kind.

10lb down
So I started counting calories on January 2 and since then I've lost 10 pounds. Woo hoo for me. My boots fit right on my calves again. I’m using the lose It counter (since the livestrong site got super spammy) and it has me set at 1,272 calories a day so that I can lose 1 ½ pounds a week. I’ve also been taking aerobics twice a week, swimming once a week, and workouts 5-6 days of the week. Just thought I'd share with the blog-o-sphere. I’ve also found that soup has been invaluable in making sure that I don’t go over what I need for the day and that I get enough food so that I’m not hungry or inadvertently starving myself.
I’m thinking about putting up some of my own favorite low calorie recipes that I have on here. Especially ones that are cheap, cuz damned if that special diet food/shakes/bars aren’t a rip off.

Jeff's painting
Details
Size: 18x24
Time spent: 50+ hours
General pricing for commissions: $12 per hour
This is the painting that Jeff just finished for our friends. It's the Palmyra, New York temple. I'll be putting up more samples soon. He likes painting/drawing animals and landscapes.
He is currently open for new commissions if you'd like your own *Wink wink*If you'd like your own painting be aware that the price depends mainly on the size that you want. The smaller the size renders less man hours to create as well as less detail. But no matter what the size each one can be tailored to fit your wants at the discretion of the artist. For example, the skyline in this painting was from a wedding photo that was taken in the winter (Snow everywhere) but our friends wanted the temple to be set in spring or summer.
If you would like to buy one of Jeff's pre-made works or ask about a custom temple painting to remember a sealing, wedding, or just as a beautiful focal point in your home you can email me at jhandur@yahoo.com

A Visitor
So this little guy must have mistaken our neighbors doorway for his cave. I was so excited because I've never seen a bat this close in the day time. It took most of my will-power and all of that part of my brain that was telling me it could give me rabies to resist the urge to touch it. I did have to peek out of our peep hole through out the day to see how he was doing.

Got the job!
Yay for Jeff! He got the job at Target and is starting next week. It is such a relief to have a source of income besides the plasma center, even though we still plan on going regularly so we have money to set aside. But I see a future where one day we can stop going there regularly. It's not so bad for some but I seem to almost pass out whenever I go and poor Jeff always gets the Phlebotomist that needs to head back to school.
